摘要
陈四楼煤矿在岩巷施工过程中,出现了与水仓(1#、2#)临近的情况,由于临近处净岩柱过小,可能在施工中出现冒顶、片帮、巷帮渗水等现象。采用缩小循环进尺、超前探测、爆破设计优化、竖梁支护等技术,避免了施工巷道冒顶、片帮、巷帮渗水等情况出现,从而提高了掘进速度,并取得了预期的支护效果。
In the process of rock drift construction in Chensilou Coal Mine, the driving face is near the warehouse (1# ,2#) , because the adjacent net rock pillars is small,the phenomenon such as roof caving,rib spalling and water seepage on both sides of roadway would happen in the process of construction. A series of methods were used,including narrow circulating footage, advanced detection, the de- sign optimization of blasting, the vertical beam supporting technologies. The application of these methods has avoided roof caving, rib spalling and water seepage on both sides of roadway, and so on,driving speed is improved,and has obtained the expected result of sup- porting.
