温差法在煤矿主排水泵流量测试中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 流量是煤矿主排水泵重要的技术参数之一,也是评价水泵性能和保证煤矿安全的关键指标。为了能准确、高效地测量出煤矿主排水泵的流量,根据主排水泵的工作特性,利用热力学原理分析推导了温差法测试流量的计算公式,并介绍了温差法在煤矿主排水泵流量测试中的具体应用,最后指出了温差法在测试流量过程中应注意的事项。 The flow rate is one of the significant technology parameter for main pump in coal mine, is also critical index for evaluating the performance of pump and guaranteeing coal mine safety. To accurately and efficiently measure the flow rate of main pump in coal mine, according to performance characteristics of main pump, computational formula of temperature differential method measure flow rate were obtained by utilizing thermodynamic principle analysis and derivation. And introducing concrete application of temperature differ- ential method measure flow rate for main pump in coal mine. Finally,principal matters need attention in process of measuring flow rate was proposed.
