摘要
目的分析定量CT(QCT)和双能X线吸收(DXA)对股骨近端髋部结构分析(HSA)结果的相关性。方法对北京地区40名男性(53-76岁)和76名女性(48-76岁)社区居民行左髋DXA和QCT扫描,分别测量股骨颈横截面积(CSA)和横截面转动惯量(CSMI),对两种方法测量结果行Spearman相关性分析。结果 QCT所测CSA和CSMI均大于DXA所测CSA和CSMI(P均〈0.01),两种方法测量CSA差值的中位数为0.97cm^2,CSMI差值的中位数为0.49cm4。QCT和DXA测量CSA和CSMI均显著相关(r=0.85、0.78,P均〈0.01)。结论 DXA和QCT对中国老年人股骨颈CSA和CSMI测量具有较高的相关性,可用于老年人群股骨近段骨结构诊断。
Objective To explore the correlation between hip structural analysis(HSA)derived from dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA)and quantitative computed tomography(QCT).Methods Forty men(53—76years)and 76women(48—76years)lived in Beijing were measured of femoral neck cross-sectional area(CSA)and cross-sectional moments of inertia(CSMI)by both DXA and QCT.Spearmancorrelation was performed between the two modalities.Results Both CSA and CSMI measured by QCT were higher than those by DXA(both P〈0.01),the median of difference between the two modalities was 0.97cm^2 for CSA and 0.49cm^4 for CSMI.There were significant correlations in CSA and CSMI measured by QCT and DXA(r=0.85,0.78,both P〈0.01).Conclusion The femoral neck CSA and CSMI measured by DXA are highly correlated with those by QCT in Chinese elderly in Beijing,which can be used for HSA assessment.
