舒适护理对降低头颈部肿瘤放疗患者口腔黏膜反应的应用

The application of comfort care in reducing oral mucosa reaction in patients with head and neck cancer undergoing radiotherapy

目的:探讨舒适护理在头颈部肿瘤放疗患者口腔黏膜反应的效果,从而为疾病的治疗提供科学的理论依据。方法:以收治的100例头颈部肿瘤放疗患者作为研究对象,并随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各有患者50例。其中对照组患者接受常规护理,而实验组患者在常规护理基础上接受舒适护理,对比观察两组患者口腔黏膜反应的发生情况。结果:实验组患者口腔黏膜反应发生率低于对照组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比较常规护理方法,对头颈部肿瘤放疗患者实施舒适护理,能明显降低口腔黏膜反应的发生率。因此,该方法值得在临床上进一步推广和使用。

Objective： To investigate the effect of comfort care on oral mucosa reaction in patients with head and neck cancer undergoing radiotherapy,so as to provide scientific theoretical basis for the treatment of diseases. Methods： 100 cases of radiotherapy for head and neck cancer admitted to our hospital in 2013 were considered as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 50 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with regular nursing,while the patients in the experimental group were given comfort nursing on the basis of conventional care,with the occurrence status of oral mucosa reaction compared between the two groups.Results： The incidence rate of oral mucosa reaction in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and through analyzing in statistical methods,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Compared with routine nursing methods,the application of comfortable care in patients with radiotherapy for head and neck tumor can significantly reduce the incidence rate of oral mucosa reaction. Therefore,this method is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
