摘要 目的:探讨PBL(problem-based learning)教学模式在医学影像学领域中的应用价值,分析我国医学教育模式的现状及实施PBL过程中存在的问题,以期更好地提高医学影像学教学质量,培养学生临床技能和人文素养。方法:对医学影像系部分学生实行PBL教学方法教学,采用问卷调查及对观察组与对照组各项考核成绩进行分析。结果:PBL有利于学生自主学习能力的提升,对学生提高口语表达能力和交际能力有很大帮助。结论:PBL教学模式营造的活跃氛围有利于激发学生的学习兴趣、积极主动地参与教学过程,教学效果得到提高。 Objective: To explore the value of application of PBL teaching mode in the field of medical imaging,analyzing the present status of medical education model in our country and problems existing in the process of implementation of PBL,so as to improve the teaching quality of medical imaging,with clinical skills and humanity quality trained. Methods: To analyze the test scores of each item in the experimental group and the control group,with questionnaire surveyed,after PBL teaching method was applied to teaching for students in department of medical imaging. Results: PBL was beneficial for students' enhancement of their autonomous learning ability,and was very helpful for students to improve their oral communication skills and interpersonal skills. Conclusion: The lively atmosphere that the PBL teaching mode creates helps to stimulate students' interest in learning,and their active involvement in the teaching process,and as a result,the teaching effects are effectively improved.
