包头市社区卫生服务机构管理人员培训分析

Analysis of training for management personnel in community health service institutions in Baotou

目的:分析评价2014年社区卫生服务机构管理人员培训情况,为今后的社区卫生培训工作提供科学依据。方法:自制表格,包括个人基本信息和培训信息;采取调查问卷形式,对师资授课满意度进行调查,并用统计方法进行整理分析。结果:包头市社区卫生服务机构管理人员均为医学专业技术人员,学历、职称、年龄普遍偏高;中心管理人员、临床专业及中高级职称管理人员具有较高的成绩得分;多数人员对培训课程内容设置及授课效果持满意态度。结论:本次培训基本成功,我们将不断总结经验,逐步加强社区卫生人员服务能力建设。

Objective： To analyze and evaluate the situation of training for management personnel in community health service institutions in2014,so as to provide a scientific basis for the community health training in the future. Methods： The self- made form included participants＇ personal information and training information. Questionnaires were adopted to investigate the teachers＇ teaching satisfaction. All the data were analyzed by statistical methods. Results： All management personnel of community health service institutions in Baotou were medical professional staff,who were aged,highly educated,and of high titles. The management personnel of community health service center,the personnel of middle or senior professional titles,and clinical professionals had a higher score. Most of the staff were satisfied with curriculum setting and the teaching effect of training. Conclusion： The training is substantially successful,and we will constantly sum up experience to strengthen the construction of ability of community health service step by step.
