红豆越橘的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 红豆越橘作为一种新兴的保健品,具有多种活性成分,如黄酮类、三萜类、酚酸类和多种氨基酸。这些有效成分具有降糖、抗氧化、抑菌抗病毒等多种药理活性作用。本文综述了近年来国内外对红豆越橘化学成分和药理作用的研究概况,为今后对该植物进一步深入研究及合理开发利用奠定基础。
