摘要
为了克服现有的船舶设备控制箱启闭装置存在的通用性差、结构复杂、耐久性差等技术问题,文章对控制箱启闭装置的设计要求进行分析,在此基础上设计出铰链四杆机构式启闭装置,并介绍了该装置的组成及工作原理。最后通过CAXA模型建模与理论计算,从结构、技术、经济等方面进行分析,得出了新型铰链四杆机构式启闭装置相比于传统的启闭装置有较大优势的结果。
In order to overcome some technical problems such as poor universality, complicated structure and poor durability, existing on marine equipment control box opening and closing device, the design requirements of control box opening and closing device is analyzed in this paper. Based on this, hinge four-bar linkage type open- ing and closing device is designed and the composition and working principle of the device are introduced. Through modeling theoretical calculation of CAXA model and analysis to the design requirements from the aspects of structure, technology and economy, a good result is achieved that hinge four-bar linkage opening and closing device has great advantages compared to the traditional one.
