摘要
为分析滇重楼种子后熟期间种子内部发生的生理生化变化,本研究采用不同的种子层积温度,利用常规生理生化测定方法,对滇重楼种子后熟过程中的贮藏物质含量、酶活性进行动态测定。结果显示:在层积过程中,随层积时间的延长,贮藏物质可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、淀粉质量分数均呈现逐渐下降的趋势,CAT,SOD活性表现出逐渐下降的趋势,POD活性则表现出逐渐上升的趋势。该结果为解释滇重楼种子后熟发育机理和种子育苗提供了科学依据。
To elucidate the physiological and biochemical changes during post-maturation of seeds in Paris polyphylla Smith var. yunnanensis. The changes of storage material contents and protective enzymatic activity of P. polyphylla Smith var. yunnanensis seed under different storage temperatures were determined. The results showed that the contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and starch decreased during the stratification process,activities of CAT and SOD decreased and the activity of POD increased continuously with the embryo development. The results of our research will facilitate our understanding of the mechanism of breaking seed dormancy,and will provide the scientific basis for rapid germination.
