摘要
实验以电解铝液直接铸轧和由铝锭重熔铸轧生产的1235铝合金铸轧坯料为研究对象,系统分析了两种铸轧坯料的硬度、力学性能、金相组织、第二相等。结果显示,电解铝液直接铸轧生产的坯料硬度、抗拉强度高,晶粒组织更细小、第二相颗粒更多、分布更弥散。
The paper studied 1235 aluminum alloy casting stocks produced by electrolysis and remelting,respectively; it analyzed hardness,mechanical properties,microstructure and second phases of the two stocks. The result showed that the stock produced directly by electrolytic process had higher hardness and tensile strength,finer grain size,more second phase particles which were more dispersive in the distribution.
