摘要
文章通过介绍在铝板带箔生产中OEE的计算方法,分析阐述了实际生产中各因子对设备综合效率的影响,并结合生产实例阐述了OEE在生产管理中的意义。
Based on OEE calculation methods in the production of aluminum plate / strip / sheet / foil,the paper analyzed the effects of various factors on the overall efficiency of the equipment; it also explained the significance of OEE in production management by combining case study.
