关于加快继续教育发展和开放大学建设的思考与建议

Thoughts and Suggestions of Improving Continuing Education and Open University Construction

继续教育是终身教育的最后阶段,需要在国家层面加强对继续教育改革发展的统筹管理和顶层设计,加强体系建设和法治建设,合理增加公共财政投入,强化对继续教育的督导评估。国家开放大学是国家继续教育体系的龙头,地方开放大学则是国家继续教育体系中的重要支柱,同时也是地方继续教育体系的龙头。应该通过增加试点来加快推进中国开放大学及其体系建设,更好地发挥开放大学在服务终身教育体系和学习型社会建设中的重要作用。

The continuing education is the last period of lifelong education.It is required for our country to strengthen the complete management and upper project of the continuing education reform development.Meanwhile, we should pay more attention to the system and law construction, properly increase public financial investment, notice the assessment of continuing education.The Open University of China is the first head of national continuing education system,and local open universities are its mainstay.Also they are the head of local continuing education system.We need speed up construction of our country’s open university and system.We must give full play to the important functions for open university to construct the lifelong education system and learning society.
