天津成人高校教学困境的分析研究

Analysis of Plight of Tianjin Adult Higher Education

成人高校面临着新的挑战,招生规模不断萎缩,教学工作开展困难增加。为找到差距发现问题,本文从学生、教学、管理以及设施四个方面进行教学环境的调查分析。成人学生学习基础较差,工学矛盾和家学矛盾日益突出,教学模式创新不够,课程设置缺乏特色,管理费用和人力投入不足,教学资源开发与利用与普通高校相比仍有较大差距。经过评价分析,发现了阻碍成人高等教育发展和造成天津成人高校教学困境的瓶颈和相关因素,提出时代需要赋予成人高等教育新的定位,需要转变办学理念和教学模式,实行灵活学时与学分机制,进行考核方式改革,开发网络教学资源等改革探索的方略,创造适合成人学生的教学环境。

Adult higher education is facing new challenges, the enrollment scale shrinking, teaching work more difficult to find the gap, found the problem, the investigation and analysis of the teaching environment from four aspects of students, teaching, management and facilities. Adult students learn basic contradiction and poor, family conflicts have become increasingly prominent, innovative teaching mode of curriculum is not enough, the lack of features, management cost and manpower shortage, development and utilization of teaching resources in Colleges and universities and there is still a large gap. After the evaluation and analysis, we recognize the importance of the urgency of the concept of higher education and the transition of adult teaching reform. We find out the relative factors to hinder the development of adult higher education and to make the teaching difficulties in universities. The author puts forwards 6 points reform strategies so as to create adult learners teaching environment. These 6 points include the new location for the age to ask for adult higher education,running ideology and teaching model for us to change,the flexible teaching time and credit mechanism, the reform of examination and checking and teaching resource for us to develop in internet.
