非线性稳态曲线通过时轮轨滚动接触的数值求解方法 被引量:4

摘要 为研究列车通过非线性稳态曲线线路时的轮轨滚动接触问题,综合考虑缓和曲线、车轮踏面、轨下弹性支撑和悬挂系统以及列车牵引力的影响,建立非线性稳态曲线通过轮轨滚动接触有限元模型;根据轮对的受力状态推导非线性稳态曲线通过时的轮对横移量计算公式,并设计显式—显式顺序求解方法;进而以准高速单层客车为例,用显式—显式顺序求解方法求解有限元模型。结果表明:非线性稳态曲线通过轮轨滚动接触有限元模型适用于钢轨横向和垂向振动频率分别为0~400和0~800Hz的中低频轮轨滚动接触分析;求解非线性稳态曲线通过轮轨滚动接触有限元模型时,显式—显式顺序求解方法与既有的隐式—显式顺序求解方法相比,两者的计算精度基本一致,但前者需用的计算时间只是后者的1/3左右。 The finite element model of wheel-rail rolling contact of nonlinear steady-state curve negotiating was established to study the problem of wheel-rail rolling contact of nonlinear steady-state curve negotia- ting with the comprehensive consideration of the influence of transition curve, wheel tread, rail elastic support, suspension system and train tractive force. The formula for the wheelset lateral displacement of nonlinear steady-state curve negotiating was derived according to the stress state of wheelset. And then the explicit-explicit sequential solution method was designed, which was applied to solve the finite element model of the case of a certain single-deck quasi-high speed passenger car. Results show that the finite element model for wheel-rail rolling contact of nonlinear steady-state curve negotiating is suitable for analyzing the wheel-rail rolling contact in medium and low frequencies with the rail lateral and vertical vibration frequencies of 0~400 and 0~800 Hz respectively. When solving the finite element model for wheel-rail rolling contact of nonlinear steady-state curve negotiation, the calculation time for explicitexplicit sequential solution method is only about 1/3 of the existing implicit-explicit sequential solution method while the calculation accuracy is basically the same.
