河南省中小学教师信息技术应用能力评价研究 被引量:2

Research on Application Ability Evaluation on Information Technology for Teachers of Primary and Middle School in Henan Province

摘要 针对河南省中小学的现状,按照教育部的相关标准,在调研的基础上,设计了由5个维度构成的中小学教师信息技术应用能力评判指标体系,给出了各要素的评价准则和度量方法,为河南省中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升研究奠定了基础. Based on the status of primary and secondary schools in Henan Province, a new evaluation system on ap- plication ability of information technology for primary and middle school teacher is proposed. The presented method is in accordance with the relevant standards of the Ministry of Education, and the evaluation index system consists of five dimensions. Moreover, the evaluation elements, criterion and measurement methods are also given. Thus, it has laid a foundation for the study of the information technology application ability evaluation of primary and middle school teachers in Henan Province.
