高校体育教学时段设置改革研究

摘要 通过比较分析大一学生上午、下午、晚上3个时段的肺活量、立定跳远、引体向上(男)/仰卧起坐(女)、坐位体前屈、50 m跑与800 m跑(女)/1 000 m跑(男)项目测试成绩的差异,分析大学生身体机能、身体素质发挥的适宜教学时段.研究发现,上午时段为肌肉耐力、速度与无氧耐力素质的适宜教学时段,下午为肌肉耐力、柔韧性与无氧耐力素质的适宜教学时段,而晚上则为呼吸机能、肌肉爆发力、肌肉耐力与无氧耐力素质的适宜教学时段. Best testing periods for physical function and physical fitness were investigated through comparing testing scores of "National Standard of Students Fitness" in freshmen among three testing periods: morning, afternoon, and evening. Results show that morning is the appropriate period for teaching of muscle endurance, speed, and an- aerobic endurance. Afternoon is the appropriate period for teaching of muscle endurance, flexibility, and anaerobic endurance. Evening is the appropriate period for teaching of pulmonary function, explosive force of the lower limbs, muscle endurance, and anaerobic endurance.
