摘要 心血管疾病是老年人常见的慢性病,严重威胁着老年人的身体健康,随着老龄化问题的日益突出,心血管疾病的治疗越来越受到医学界的重视。基质细胞衍生因子-1(Stromal cell-derived factor-1,SDF-l)及其受体CXCR4轴在诱导自体骨髓源细胞(Bone marrow-derived cells,BMCs)进行血管修复和新生血管再生过程中发挥了重要的促进作用。本文就SDF-1/CXCR4轴信号传导通路的组成及其在血管新生中的作用以及与老年人血管生成反应丧失相关性进行综述。
