摘要
探索性提出建设用地扩张的空间均衡概念,并构建相应的模型,以江苏通州为典型县域分析其1986—2011年建设用地扩张的空间均衡态势。结果显示:1)以镇为研究单元的空间失调指数呈波动上升趋势,表明建设用地扩张与资源环境禀赋、经济发展水平的空间耦合态势总体上变差;2)区域人均综合发展状态的极差、极比、变异系数均呈波动提升趋势,表明人均综合发展状态的绝对差异和相对差异均有所增大,综合看,PRD的空间均等化形势波动变差,两极分化现象难有好转;3)Spearman秩相关分析结果显示,建设用地扩张与PRD提高呈负相关,建设用地扩张空间失调指数与PRD变异系数的拟合结果显示,随着空间协调性减弱,PRD的空间均等化程度先提高后下降。从建设用地扩张的空间协调性以及扩张对人均综合发展状态空间均等化的促进作用两方面看,通州建设用地扩张的空间均衡态势不容乐观。
This study aimed to discuss the spatial process of construction land expansion(CLE)and its relationship with regional environment resources endowment and economic growth.Firstly,the definitions of spatial equilibrium of CLE were discussed in this research,and an integration model was built up.Furthermore,the empirical analysis took Tongzhou in Jiangsu Province for an example,and its spatial equilibrium state of CLE during 1986-2011 was analyzed.The following conclusions were drawn:1)Town-scale′s space imbalance index showed an fluctuated uptick which showed that the relationship between CLE in Tongzhou and environment resources endowment,and economic development level was in a weak spatial coupling state.2)The range,ratio and coefficient of variation of regional per capita comprehensive development state(PRD)showed a wavelike promoting which indicated the absolute difference and the relative differences of PRD in Tongzhou were increased and polarization had been more severe.3)Based Spearman Order Correlation analysis,the negatively correlation was displayed between CLE and increasing in PRD;and fitting results also showed that with the weakening of spatial conformity of CLE,the PRD increased before falling.In a whole,the spatial equilibrium situation of CLE in Tongzhou is not optimistic viewed in two aspects of CLE spatial conformity,and positive impact on PRD spatial equality of CLE.
