摘要
目前,远程教育已成为实现终身教育理念的重要方式之一。培养远程教育学习者形成自主学习能力是满足终身教育的必要条件,而远程教育教师的职业能力成为决定远程教育质量的重要影响因素之一。远程教育的教学分离、采取网络信息技术进行教学的特点,需要远程教育教师不断提高课程资源开发、构建学习环境、接受新技术及学习者指导的能力以促进学习者自主学习能力,从而推动终身教育理念的实现。
Distance education has become an important way to realize the lifelong learning nowadays and the learning autonomy of the distance learners is indispensable for the fulfillment of this concept.The teaching capabilities of distance teachers have essential influence on the quality of distance education.The distance education featuring teaching-learning separation and online environment requires more on teachers'capabilities of curriculum resources development,learning environment construction and guidance for learners,which aims to encourage autonomous learning and furthermore the realization of lifelong learning.
