摘要
目的:探讨新型3 H护理服务模式在儿科优质护理服务病区中的应用效果。方法:将2013年1~3月实施优质护理服务的55例患儿作为对照组,将2013年4~6月实施新型3 H护理模式的55例患儿作为观察组。比较两组护患纠纷发生率以及患儿家属满意度。结果:观察组实施新型3 H护理服务模式后护患纠纷发生少于对照组,满意度优于对照组,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新型3H护理服务模式可降低护患纠纷的发生,提高患儿及家属的满意度,有利于促进患者尽快康复,提高护理质量。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of new 3H service used in the pediatric quality care ward.Methods:In our hospital from January -March 2013 fo 55 children patients as the contral group with high quality care.55 patients from April-June 2013 as observation group,and they application of a new type of 3H nursing service mode.The nurse-patient dispute rate and patient satisfaction data were ompared.Results:After implementation of a new 3H nursing service mode,the child's family satisfaction was higher than contral group(P〈0.05),nurse patient dispute rate was lower than that of control group(P〈0.05).Conclusions:The implementation of a new 3H nursing service mode in pediatric patients,can significantly improve the quality of care,re-duce the incidence of nurse patient disputes,is conducive to the promotion of the patients recover quickly,having great popularization and application value.
