西藏高原地区患儿心脏手术的护理配合

Nursing cooperation of children with cardiac surgery in Tibet plateau

目的：总结38例西藏高原地区1～14岁先天性心脏病（先心病）患儿的手术护理配合体会。方法：根据高原地区特殊环境，制定合理、有效的护理方案。结果：通过有效的手术配合，36例患儿治愈；1例患儿皮肤愈合差，行二次清创手术；1例完全性心内膜垫缺损患儿术后第3天心力衰竭死亡。结论：加强围手术期病情观察护理，进一步了解高原患儿病情特点、沟通方式，提高手术治愈率和减少护理并发症的发生。

Objective：Summarized the nursing experience of 38 cases of tibetan plateau from 1 to 14 years old with congenital heart disease （ CHD） surgery. Methods：According to the special environment at high altitude,to develop a reasonable,effective care program.Results：Through effective surgery with 36 pa-tients cured,one cases of children with skin heal poorly,underwent secondary surgical debridement,one case of complete endocardial cushion defect in chil-dren after the first three days of heart failure deaths.Conclusion：Perioperative condition observation care,children with the disease to learn more about the characteristics of the plateau,communication,improve the cure rate and reduce the incidence of complications of care.
