集束化管理策略在预防神经外科患者非计划拔管中的应用

Clinical research of cluster management on prevention of neurosurgery unplanned extubation

目的：探讨集束化管理在预防神经外科患者非计划拔管中的应用效果。方法：将2012年7月～2013年6月留置管道患者316例作为对照组，采用神经外科管道的常规护理；将2013年7月～2014年6月留置管道患者350例作为试验组，采用集束化管理策略进行安全管理。比较两组非计划拔管的发生情况。结果：对照组发生非计划拔管31例，试验组发生9例，两组比较有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论：集束化管理策略可有效地预防神经外科非计划拔管，降低管道护理风险，提高护理人员安全意识。

Objective：To explore the effect of the cluster management strategy in the prevention of neurosurgery patients unplanned extubation （ UEX ） . Methods：In July 2012-June 2013 patients indwelling tube 316 cases as control group,to use neurosurgery pipeline routine nursing,and in July 2013-June 2014 patients indwelling tube 350 cases as treatment group,received cluster management strategy to improve the safety management.To compare the inci-dence rate of two groups of unplanned extubation.Results：Unplanned extubation 31 cases of control group and 9 cases of experimental group,the rate differ-ence was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The cluster management strategy can effectively prevent unplanned extubation neurosurgery,reduce pipeline nursing risks,and improve nursing staff safety awareness.
