新型城镇化进程中农民工就业风险及其规避

On the Study about Risk Avoidance of Employment for Peasant Workers in New Type Urbanization

新型城镇化是以人为核心,转变经济发展模式,调整产业结构,促进城镇有质量、全面协调发展的过程。随着新型城镇化进程的推进,如何提升农村转移人口的就业能力,规避就业风险,成为社会关注的焦点问题。从新型城镇化的概念入手,深度挖掘新型城镇化的核心和特点,分析其对农民工就业的影响,总结农民工新型城镇化过程中的就业风险,从制度、经济和农民工自身等层面探究就业风险产生的原因,在此基础上提出加快户籍制度改革、促进农民工基本公共服务均等化等对策,以促进城镇化健康发展,维护社会稳定。

New type urbanization put an emphasis on people. It is a comprehensive and balanced process by adjusting industrial structure, which transform the mode of economic development to promote the development of towns qualitatively. With the advancement of new urbanization, how to promote ability of employment for rural migrant workers and avoid the risk of employment attracts the public＇ s attention. Starting with the concept of new urbanization, this paper digs into profound meaning of new urbanization, analyzes its influ- ence on peasant workers＇ employment, summarizes the types of new employment risk in the process of urbanization and explores the reasons from the aspect of system, economy and workers themselves. Based on this, we put forwards some suggestions , such as accelerating reform of the household registration system, perfecting the system of employment and strengthening their own organization to promote development of urbanization healthily and maintain social stability.
