Bio-safety disposal of sick or dead layers has become critical in food and ecological environ- ment safety, and health development of the poultry industry. Based on field research, this paper analyzed farmers bio-safety disposal of sick or dead layers with the logistic model and Tobit model. The study showed that about 90% farmers practised the bio-safety disposal of sick or dead layers, and farmers could be better educated and trained to further improve their bio-safety disposal of ill or dead layers. Also, farmers attitude towards risk aversion helped them choose bio-safety disposal and maintain high level. In addition, when close to cities or towns, farmers often keep a high level of bio-safety disposal, because of related supervision and urban environment construction.
