A Study of the Power of Disposal in Fire Fighting Emergency Rescues

阐述消防紧急处置权的法律规范依据及现状,结合消防应急救援工作实际,分析现行消防紧急处置权规定尚存的不足,探讨完善消防紧急处置权的立法建议,为《消防法》的修改完善建言献策。

This paper elaborates the basis and current status of the fire fighting emergency power of disposal＇ s legality, analyzes the deficiencies of the current regulations in accordance with the realities of the fire fighting emergency rescues and finally provides suggestions on the improvements of the fire fighting emergency power of disposal＇ s legislation of the Fire Fighting Law.
