摘要
L校教师工作压力源的调查结果显示,教师工作压力源的类别、排序和反应程度在性别、年龄、婚姻家庭、职称、学历等方面呈现显著差异。这将对高职院校尤其是L校进行教师工作压力差别化管理及教师个体关注自身身心健康提供一定的参考。
According to the survey of work pressure source in L college,teachers'work pressure source category,sorting,and responsiveness exist significant differences in gender,age,marriage and family,professional and technical titles,and educational background.This conclusion will provide references to differential management of teachers'work pressure and teachers'concerning about their own physical and mental health in the vocational colleges especially in L college.
