文中对SOLAS公约涉及速闭阀的章节进行了详细解读和深入探讨,并通过对天津港PSC检查中关于速闭阀缺陷的分析统计,提出缺陷判定的原则和处理建议。
The paper makes an in-depth interpretation and study on the provisions concerning quick closing value in SOLAS. It also proposes the principles for the identification of defects and suggestions for dealing with them based on analysis of the defects with the quick closing values identified during the PSC inspection at Tianjin port.
