影响自体毛囊移植术后毛囊成活因素临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨自体毛囊移植术后受区毛囊成活率的影响因素。方法:选取行自体毛囊移植术的60例患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。对照组患者采用非固定剂量的肾上腺素、非固定头皮切口方向、非固定毛囊分离质量(毛囊直径以在尽量多的保留组织并能装入种植笔为宜)、非固定毛囊离体时间。治疗组患者采用肾上腺素剂量(0.2mL)、头皮切口方向(与患者毛发生长角度平行)、毛囊分离质量(毛囊直径0.8mm)、毛囊离体时间(2h)、毛囊存放区温度(0℃)、毛囊种植密度(40FU/cm2)。测定两组治疗前及治疗后2、4、24周头皮毛发密度。结果:经治疗后治疗组总有效率为96.7%、高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后24周治疗组患者毛囊密度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:避免术中影响毛囊成活不良因素可以显著提高毛囊成活率。 Objective. To observe the influence factors of the survival rate of hair follicles in the area after the transplantation of au- tologous hair follicle. Methods. 60 patients with autologous hair follicle transplantation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with non fixed dose of epinephrine, non fixed scalp incision direction, non fixed hair follicle diameter (hair follicle diameter in order to retain the tissue and can be loaded into the appropriate), non fixed hair folli~ cles in vitro. Treatment group were treated with epinephrine dose (0. 2mL), incision of scalp direction (and patients with hair growth parallel angle), hair follicle separation quality (hair follicle diameter 0.8ram), hair follicles from the time (2h), hair follicle storage zone temperature (0℃), hair follicle planting density 40FU/cm it. Hair density of 2, 4 and 24 weeks after treatment were measured before and after treatment in the two groups. Results : The total effective rate of the treatment group was 80, higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05), and the density of hair follicle in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (0.05), and the difference was statistically significant (P〈24). Collc|usion.It can improve the survival rate of hair follicles in the process of avoiding the bad factors affecting the survival of hair follicles.
