摘要
微小RNA(miRNA)通过对目的基因翻译的调节,在肝癌复发的各机制中起重要作用。研究显示miRNA的异常表达与肝癌的复发密切相关,机制包括调控肿瘤血管生成和肿瘤细胞增殖等。miRNA可能成为最具潜力的肝癌治疗靶点,并在复发预测方面具有独特优势。
microRNAs (miRNAs) play important roles in recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma by regulating translation of target gene expression. Researches show that the abnormal expressions of miRNAs are closely related to the recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma, and the mechanisms include regulation of tumor angiogenesis and proliferation of tumor cells, miRNAs may be the most potential therapeutic targets for recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma and have special advantages in prediction.
