摘要
行动研究作为一种研究范式或者研究理念,已受到国际汉语教育界的关注,成为促进教师专业发展的重要途径,越来越多的教师希望从事行动研究。本文运用问卷法和访谈法对50位高校国际汉语教师行动研究现状和问题进行了调查与分析,并针对存在的问题探讨了应对策略,以期推进国际汉语教师的行动研究,丰富国际汉语教育研究方法,促进教师专业成长与发展。
Action research is concerned by the domestic and overseas as a research para- digm and an important approach to promote teachers' professional development.
