摘要
目的了解重庆市养老机构护理分级的现状。方法采用面对面、半结构式深入访谈法,对重庆市11家养老机构的11名管理者进行研究,运用Colaizzi内容分析法进行资料分析。结果提炼出2个主题:缺乏统一的护理分级标准及专业评估人员;护理分级应用不规范。结论重庆市养老机构护理分级无统一标准,应探索统一的养老机构护理分级标准,规范护理分级制度在养老机构中的应用及其管理。
Objective To investigate the nursing grading system in nursing homes in Chongqing. Methods A qualitative study was conducted to interviewed 11 managers form 11 nursing homes in Chongqing. The data were collected through in-depth, face-to face, semi-structured interviews and analyzed using Colaizzi method. Results Two themes were extracted： lack of a unified standard of nursing grading system and a professional evaluators team, the application of nursing grading system were standardized. Conclu- sion The status of nursing grading system of nursing homes in Chongqing is chaotic. We should explore and unify the nursing gra- ding standards of nursing homes, and regulate the application and management.
