摘要
目的探索举办安全课堂家长会对预防白血病患儿跌倒的效果。方法将600例住院白血病患儿按住院时间分为观察组和对照组各300例,对照组给予院内预防跌倒常规护理,观察组患儿家长参加安全课堂家长会活动。比较两组患儿家长预防跌倒知识知晓率、遵医性及患儿出院半年内跌倒次数。结果观察组患儿家长预防跌倒知识知晓情况、患儿遵医性显著高于对照组(均P<0.01),出院半年内跌倒次数显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论开展安全课堂家长会能有效提高家长预防跌倒相关知识知晓率及患儿遵医性,预防白血病患儿跌倒。
Objective To explore the application of parents＇ safety meeting in preventing leukemia children from falls. Methods A total of 600 hospitalized children diagnosed as leukemia were selected and randomly divided into an observation and a control group, 300 cases in each group. The control group was given routine fall prevention nursing care, while lectures about fall prevention were given to parents of children in the observation group. The awareness rate about fall prevention in parents, compliance and frequen- cy of fails in children were compared. Results The awareness rates about fall prevention, compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the frequency of falls in the observation group was lower （P〈0. 01 for all）. Conclusion The application of parentsI safety meeting can effectively increase the awareness rates about falls prevention, compliance, and re- duce the frequency of falls.
