国外高职高专护理教育中院校合作的现状及对我国的启示

College-hospital cooperation in higher nursing vocational education abroad and its enlightenment in China

院校合作是中外高等职业医学教育实现高职教育人才培养目标的有效手段。作者通过总结德国、美国、英国、加拿大、新加坡等国院校合作教育模式,为我国高职高专护理专业院校合作教育提出建议,以期能合理借鉴国外院校合作教育的成功经验,为我国高职高专护理专业院校合作教育模式的改革提供参考。

College-hospital cooperation is an effective way to realize the goal of cultivating talents of higher vocational education in China and abroad. This paper summarized the mode of college-hospital cooperation in higher nursing vocational education in Germa- ny, America, Britain, Canada, Singapore and other countries, so as to set examples and put forward proposal to the development of college-hospital cooperation in higher vocational nursing education in China.
