摘要
汽车焊装车间主要负荷为悬挂式点焊机,由两相线电压供电,是典型的大冲击性负荷,会导致焊装车间存在严重三相不平衡及大量谐波电流。在焊装车间电能质量问题进行检测评估基础上,采用Y型低压DSTATCOM进行无功及负序电流补偿,给出了主要控制策略,很好地解决了电能质量问题。仿真及实验结果表明,设计装置可以很好地补偿系统功率因数。
Suspending spot welding machine is a typical large impact load powered by two phase voltage in Auto welding workshop, which generates severe unbalanced three-phase current. Reactive power and negative sequence current are compensated by Y-connected distribution static synchronous compensator (DSTATCOM) based on evaluated power quality in welding workshop, and the main control strategy is also given which solves power quality problems. The simulation and experiment results show that the designed device can compensate the power factor of the system.
