摘要
针对铁路货车轮轴探伤存在的问题进行分析。在探伤过程中为有效发现裂纹,杜绝冷切轴事故的发生提出有效建议,使探伤人员能掌握探伤关键项点,提高探伤技能,确保铁路安全运行。
Aiming at the problems existing in the railway wagon wheel and axle inspection, this paper provides analysis. And in the process of inspection, crack is effectively found. This paper puts forward effective suggestions to prevent cold cutting axis accident, and make inspection personnel master the key inspection items to imporve inspection skills, ensuring the safe operation of the railway.
