An Investigation and Suggestions for the Transformation and Development of Local Colleges and Universities in the Background of Economic New Normal

地方高校转型发展是经济新常态背景下教育综合改革的重要战略举措,并已取得地方本科院校共识。但院校普遍对转什么、往哪转、何时转、怎么转仍存困惑。当前需进一步加强顶层设计,实行高校分类管理,调动学校转型发展内驱力,并完善相关制度保障。

The transformation and development of local colleges and universities is an important strategic measure of the comprehensive reform of education on the economic background of the new normal, which has been agreed by local colleges and universities. But they are still confusing about the specific subjects on what, where, when, how to transform. The authors＇suggestions are as followed, firstly, the top design should be reinforced; secondly, classified regulations should be carried out for those colleges and universities; thirdly, the internal motivations of the local colleges and universities should be set up; fourthly, relevant regulations should be established.
