美国高校教师管理制度探析——以阿默斯特学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 美国高校结合自身发展的办学需求和特色,明确教师管理的目标,形成了一套体系健全的教师管理系统,从机构的建立到管理系统的设置都独具特色,形式多样:一是制定了严格的招聘和考核标准;二是为教师发展提供广阔的平台;三是合理促进教师流动;四是建立了严格的晋升和淘汰制度;五是鼓励教师和社会广泛参与到教师管理活动中。借鉴和参考美国高校教师管理制度,结合我国高校教师管理现状,我国高校教师管理应从形成有效的多样化管理模式、构建合理的高等院校教师结构体系、搭建有效的教师发展平台、建立合理严格的评估晋升和淘汰制度等方面进一步完善。 Combined with their development needs, characteristics and a clear goal of faculty management, American higher education established the unique healthy faculties' management system, various forms and unique both in the establishment of the organization and the setting of the management system. Formulating the rigorous re- cruitment and appraisal standards, providing the broad platform for teachers to develop themselves, encouraging teachers to flow reasonable, and establishing a strict promotion and elimination system and encouraging teachers and the society to participate in faculty management activities, provide references and enlightenment for the higher education in China. Combined with the reality of faculties'management of universities in China, it is necessary to form diversified management mode, to construct the reasonable structure of faculty system, to build effective platform for the teachers" development and to establish reasonable and effective evaluation, promoting and elimination system and so on.
