摘要
目的探讨骨科洁净手术间留置物品对空气净化效果的影响。方法将Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级骨科洁净手术间各2间随机均分入物品留置组和物品移出组,每组3间。物品留置组手术间按照常规留置次日手术所需物品和仪器设备;物品移出组仅保留手术床和麻醉机,手术患者入室前将所需仪器设备和物品转运进手术间。两组均按常规流程运行空气层流净化系统,分别于静态净化结束后、麻醉开始和手术切皮时3个时点采集空气样本进行细菌培养。结果组内比较,随手术操作开始各级手术间空气菌落数呈显著升高趋势(均P<0.01);组间比较,麻醉开始物品留置组手术间空气菌落数显著低于物品移出组(P<0.05),净化结束后、手术切皮时两组差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论手术间留置物品对室内空气层流净化效果无不良影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of articles held in the orthopedic laminar flow clean room on contamination of air.Methods Three types of laminar flow clean room(ClassⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ)for orthopedic surgery were used for study.Each type of the clean room was divided into two groups:for the held-in group,articles and equipment required for surgery in the next day were prepared and held in the clean rooms;however,for the moved-out group only the operating bed and anesthetic machine were placed in the clean rooms,and the other articles and equipment were moved out of clean rooms at the end of the day,and transported into clean rooms before patient′s entrance in the next day.Both groups received the same air purification process.Air samples were collected for bacterial culture at the completion of purification(T0),start of anesthesia(T1),and start of operation(T2).Results The airborne bacterial concentrations in each class operating room were significantly increased along with the start of surgery in both groups(P〈0.01 for all).The airborne bacterial concentration in the held-in group was significantly lower than the movedout group at T1(P〈0.05),but there were no differences at T0 and T2(P0.05 for both).Conclusion Remaining articles and equipment in laminar flow clean room for orthopedic surgery had no adverse effects on air purification.
