摘要
本文研制了一台基于薄膜开关的全自动方波发生器,设计了紧凑化低电感薄膜开关,分析了影响薄膜开关输出特性的因素,包括回路电感、阻抗、传输线长度、杂散电容、电感等对输出波形的影响;设计了自动换膜结构及基于触摸屏和PI。C控制的全自动控制系统。实测了方波发生器的输出波形,输出电压幅值2~8kV可调,前沿1.25ns,脉宽20~100ns可调。该装置在高压脉冲分压器标定、电磁脉冲效应研究等领域有广泛的应用价值。
An automatic nanosecond risetime high-voltage rectangular pulse generator based on dielectric foil switch was developed. A compact low inductance dielectric foil switch was designed, and the factors which affect the characteristic of switch including circle inductance, matched impedance, length of the transmission line, etc. were ana- lyzed. An automatic mechanical device used to change dielectric foil was designed which is controlled by PLC module. This generator can produce a rectangular pulse with rise- time of 1.25 ns, voltage value of 2-8 kV, and pulse width of 20-100 ns. It can be used broadly in the area of high pulsed power technology and study of electromagnetic pulse affection.
