用于电源检修的远程控制装置研制

摘要 加速器磁铁电源由中央控制室通过电源的远程数字量和模拟量接口实现开关机和升降流,并长期运行在远程控制状态。为检修电源,本文研制电源检修用远程控制装置(简称装置),以能在电源厅本地通过远程控制接口实现对电源的控制,为电源的检修提供帮助。该装置采用单片机控制,矩阵键盘输入,清晰的人机界面显示结合高精度A/D和D/A芯片,实现操控电源的功能。实验证明,该装置能精确给定电源电流及回采给定值,达到了设计要求,为查找电源问题提供了有力的条件。 The power supply of the accelerator magnet is controlled by the central con- trol room. The power supply can be opened and closed through remote digital and ana- log interface. The development of the remote control device was designed to check and repair the power supply. It can control the power supply locally and provide helps for reparations of power supply. The device includes single-chip microcomputer (SCM), matrix keyboard, man-machine interface, and high precision A/D and D/A chips. Experiments show that the device can set the power supply accurately and meet the design requirements. It provides a powerful condition for the problem of finding the power supply.
