摘要
为研究全固态功率放大器如何满足加速器对高频微波源的要求,促进全固态放大技术在加速器微波高频领域的应用,采用了理论分析计算和实际测试验证相结合的方法,研究了全固态放大器如何通过大功率合成、高效散热和快速保护等技术实现超大功率输出和抗全反射的适配能力,证明了全固态放大技术在加速器领域的适用性、优越性。另外,通过在脉冲和连续波两种工作模式下的功率放大器试验,获得了足够的数据和经验,可用来指导全固态功率放大器的设计和调试。
The purpose is to research how the solid state amplifier (SSA) matches the requirement of accelerator, and how to promote the technology of SSA which can be used for accelerator much better. The methods of theoretical analysis and experimental verification were used to research how the SSA achieved high power and anti-load mis- match by power combining, high efficiency cooling and fast protection. The results prove that the SSA can he used for accelerator and the SSA is better than other ampli- fiers in some ways. Furthermore, more test data and experience were obtained through power experiment in CW and pulse. These data and experience are useful for designing and debugging all solid power amplifier.
