石墨烯/水泥复合材料的制备及电学、压敏性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用Hummers法制备了氧化石墨烯(GO),并经过1 000℃高温还原制备了还原氧化石墨烯(RGO)。采用红外光谱、拉曼光谱、透射电子显微镜等分析测试方法对GO与RGO的结构进行了表征。进一步将RGO引入水泥中,制备了石墨烯水泥复合材料,并研究了该类复合材料的电学性能和压力敏感性能。结果表明:石墨烯可以作为导电桥梁填充到水泥基体的空隙之中,因而可以显著提高复合材料的电学性能,并且石墨烯水泥复合材料具有典型的压力敏感性能,有望用于材料结构监测。 The graphene oxides were synthesized by the Hummers method, and then the reduced graphene oxide was prepared through high temperature reduction at 1 000℃. The structure of graphene oxides and reduced graphene oxide were characterized by infrared spectrum,Raman spectrum, transmission electron microscope, and so on. With the introduction of reduced grphene oxide to cement, RGO/cement composites were further fabricated, and the electrical as well as pressure sensitive characteristics of the composites were studied.The results indicate that reduced graphene oxide can effective improve the electrical properties of the composites and this kind of material is sensitive to pressure, which is expected to be used in materials structure testing.
