To list the classification and characteristics of non- clinical hypertension models,to investigate the existing problems of nonclinical efficacy in drug discovery, including selection of animal model,parameter,positive control and other test plan factors,which should be paid attention to the combined evaluation,and with the consideration of drug development and clinical need in the field, to propose the nonclinical efficacy ideas on drug development and evaluation.
