高龄2型糖尿病患者合并葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏症急性溶血一例报道

Elderly T2DM patients with glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency occurring acute hemolysis:A case report

报道1例高龄T2DM合并葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PD)缺乏症患者,予安痛定后出现急性溶血,G-6-PD与6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶(6-PGD)比值低于正常,提示G-6-PD缺乏症。降糖、抗感染、碱化尿液及输血等治疗有效。高血糖增加急性溶血的风险,在G-6-PD缺乏症高发区的糖尿病患者应积极筛查G-6-PD活性。

An 88-year old woman with T2 DM was reported occurring acute hemolysis after given antondin injection.G6PD/6PGD ratio was found less than normal which suggested the patient had glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency.Then the patient received such treatments as urine alkalization,insulin,antibiotics and blood transfusion,which was proved to be effective.So hyperglycemia may increase the risk of acute hemolysis in patients with glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency.It is significant to test glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase activity for T2 DM patients in high incidence area of G-6-PD.
