摘要
目的了解海南省琼中县中小学生血清维生素D水平,为相应教育阶段学生维生素D缺乏性疾病的防治提供实验依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样法,抽取琼中县2所小学和2所初中学校,每个学校各年级选取1个班的学生为研究对象,采用液相色谱—串联质谱法检测其血清25羟基维生素D[25-(OH)D]水平。结果检测561例琼中县中小学生的血清25-(OH)D平均水平为(30.40±6.92)ng/m L,其中男生为(32.75±7.19)ng/m L,女生为(28.19±5.79)ng/m L,差异有统计学意义(t=5.17,P<0.05)。琼中县中小学生维生素D缺乏率不高,仅为2.7%;但维生素D不足率较高,为43.1%,其中男、女生维生素D不足率分别为30.9%,54.9%,且两者间的差异有统计学意义(χ2=32.9,P<0.05)。结论琼中县中小学学生的维生素D不足率较高,且女生高于男生。应进一步开展相关干预研究,以改善中小学生维生素D营养状况。
Objective To assess the vitamin D level among the primary and secondary school students in Qiongzhong county,Hainan province,China,and to provide bases for the prevention of adolescents" vitamin D deficiency disease. Methods Students were sampled using stratified cluster sampling methods. Two primary schools and two secomiary schools were randomly selected and then classes from each grade were chosen. Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D [ 25- ( OH ) D ] concentrations were measured using a high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method. Results 561 students in total were investigated and the mean serum 25-( OH)D concentration was (30.40±6.92)ng/mL. Concentration were lower in girls (28.19±5.79 ng/mL) than in boys(32.75±7.19 ng/mL), there was a significant difference between them( P〈0.05). Only 2.7% of students investigated had vitamin D deficiency( ≤ 20 ng/mL) ,but 43.1% of them had vitamin D insufficiency( 21-29ng/mL). About 30.9% of boys had vitamin D insufficiency compared with 54.9% of girls (P〈0.05). Conclusion Primary and secondary school students in Qiongzhong county have a relatively low vitamin D deficiency rate, yet a remarkably high rate of vitamin D insufficiency, especially in the girls.
