摘要
目的探讨女大学生发生婚前性行为后其心理压力的结构,为高校教育机构开展有效干预提供依据。方法编制测量女大学生婚前性行为后心理压力问卷,对某市有婚前性行为的女大学生进行深度访谈和开放式问卷调查;对有婚前性行为的大学生采用探索性因素分析(n=162)和验证性因素分析(n=161)研究其心理压力的结构。结果探索性因素分析显示心理压力包括负面的性行为体验、担忧负面社会评价、担忧生理方面的伤害、担忧损害婚姻关系4个因素;4因素模型在验证性因素分析中得到了较好的验证。同时测出不同年龄的女大学生其心理压力值在自尊、社会自我、生理自我3个维度上差异均有统计学意义(F值分别为10.577,13.970,5.323,P值均<0.05)。结论女大学生发生婚前性行为后心理压力表现在自尊、社会自我、生理自我、和未来婚姻关系4个维度上。高校相关教育机构应根据心理压力的4个维度来制定针对性的干预策略。
Objective To explore psychological pressure after premarital sex among female college students. Methods Questionnaire was established to assess psychological pressure caused by premarital sex. In-depth interview and questionnaire survey were conducted among 323 female college students who had premarital sexual behavior. Exploratory tactor analysis (n = 162) and confirmatory factor analysis(n= 161 ) were adopted to analyze psychological pressure. Results Exploratory factor analysis con- firmed 4 factors in the psychological pressure:Negative sex experiences,fear of negative social evaluation,concerns on physiological injury and concerns on the damage to marriage. The 4-factor model was verified in confirmatory factor analysis. Significant difference was measured among 3 dimensions of psychological pressure in different age of students. Conclusion Psychological pressure after premarital sex among female college students characterizes in 4 dimensions: self-esteem,physical self, social self, and the future of marriage. The relevant educational institutions should formulate the intervention strategy based on the 4 dimensions of psychological pressure.
