摘要
人力资源管理英语属于特殊用途英语(ESP),其词汇有自己独特的特征:术语性、普通词的专业性、缩略性、隐喻性及新词性。本文针对这些特征,提出相应的翻译方法:直译、意译、零翻译。
HRM English is a branch of English for Specific Purpose and its lexical features are unique. There are many terminologies, common words with special meanings, abbreviations, metaphors and brand new words in HRM English. Three kinds of translation methods can be employed in translating HRM English: literal, free and zero translation.
