摘要
本研究采用问卷调查法和访谈法,对242名大学英语教师的"态"(生存状态)进行具体的调查和分析。结果显示,教师的实然"态"与应然"态"存在温和的偏差;而两者之间的偏差突出反映大学英语教师"态"的4个重要特征。本研究运用生态学的理论和思维方式探究教师"态"的特征及其成因,以期从跨学科的研究视角弥补教育学视角研究方法的不足。
Questionnaires and interviews are employed to collect data from 242 college English teachers regarding their eco-state. The results show that there are mild differences/imbalances in teachers' eco-state between "what ought to be" and "what it is", which indicates four key features of college teachers' eco-state. The study illustrates the four features and their reasons from the ecological perspective, hoping to fill in the gaps of research from educational perspective.
