摘要
文章通过对哈密地区大规模风光出力的分析和预测,为平抑功率的波动和弥补能量的缺失,配置了以蓄电池和超级电容器组成的储能系统,考虑其充放电效率和电网的转换效率,以经济最优为目标,通过粒子群算法进行优化,验证了储能系统的合理性。此储能系统不仅能平抑电网功率的波动和弥补电网的能量缺失,而且可以大幅度提高经济性和能源的利用率。
Based on analysis and prediction oI power output . mi area, a battery and a super capacitor storage system are fitted with to restrict power fluctuations and compensate for the energy shortage, Taking the charge/discharge efficiency and power conversion effi- ciency into account, the optimum economy is made as target of the energy storage system, solution is ob- tained by the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm, rationality of the proposed system is verified. The storage system not only can restrict power fluctuations and compensate for shortage of power ener- gy, but also can greatly save the economic costs and increase the energy utilization rate.
