摘要
采用沼液肥、复合肥、海藻油、花生麸液和桐麸液对格木(Erythrophleum fordii)容器苗进行追肥试验,结果表明:施肥类型和施肥水平均表现出对格木容器苗的苗高、地径、根瘤菌、生物量等指标具有显著影响,而对侧根的生长影响不显著;处理3(复合肥∶海藻油∶沼液肥为0.45%∶0.1%∶20.0%)的苗高生长、生物量积累最好,处理4(复合肥∶海藻油∶沼液肥为0.6%∶0.1%∶15.0%)的地径生长最好,处理2(复合肥∶海藻油∶沼液肥为0.3%∶0.1%∶25.0%)的侧根生长最多,处理16(桐麸液为2.0%)形成根瘤菌最多;综合评价苗木质量,处理3、处理4、处理7(沼液肥为32.5%)、处理12(花生麸液为2.0%)、处理15(桐麸液为1.5%)对格木容器苗生长发育均具有较好促进作用,且以处理3最优。
Biogas liquid manure (BLM), compound fertilizer (CP), algae oil (AO), peanut bran liq- uid manure (PBLM), and tung bran liquid manure (TBLM) were applied in container seedlings of Erythrophleum fordii. The results showed that fertilization types and fertilization levels had significant im- pacts on seedling height, ground diameter, rhizobia number and biomass, but not on growth of lateral roots. Seedling height growth and biomass accumulation in treatment 3 ( CP: AO: BLM was 0.45% : 0. 1% : 20. 0% ) showed the best. Treatment 4 ( CP: AO: BLM was0. 6% :0. 1% : 15.0% ) had the high- est ground diameter growth. Treatment 2 ( CP: AO: BLM was 0.3% : 0. 1% : 25.0% ) had the most lateral roots, and Treatment 16 (2. 0% TBLM) formed the most rhizobia. Based on comprehensive evaluation of seedlings, treatment 3,4, 7 (32. 5% BLM), 12 (2. 0% PBLB), and 15 (1.5% TBLM) had better effects on growth of the seedlings, especially treatment 3.
